This model Consortium Agreement is based on the model provided by DESCA (The SimplifiedFP7 Model Consortium Agreement, v2.0 May 2008, small project, fair and reasonableconditions) which has been modified to accommodate the ERA-NET specific mechanisms of theWoodWisdom-Net Research Programme which differ from FP7 rules. Modifications andadditions to the srcinal DESCA model are highlighted in blue. Specific terms that should beadjusted to your individual project are highlighted in grey. Although this is a general model to cover typical R&D consortia it might need specificadjustments for your individual project.
